Hi, I'm Rowena.

I'm the founder of RS Virtual Worx, but my journey with virtual support started long before RSVW.

For nearly 10 years, I worked as a Virtual Assistant supporting different clients and businesses. During that time, I saw something repeatedly:

The biggest challenges weren't always the complicated ones.

They were often the small, repetitive tasks that kept adding up.

An email that needed a response.
A follow-up that needed to be sent.
A calendar that needed organizing.
Information that needed to be updated.
A file that needed to be found.
A task that seemed easy to put off until tomorrow.

And when those little things weren't handled consistently, they could quickly create something much bigger clutter, chaos, stress, and unnecessary worry.

I saw how much mental space these details could take from coaches and business owners who really wanted to focus on their clients and grow their businesses.

That's when I realized I wanted to do more.

From Virtual Assistant to Virtual Support Agency

I created RSVW because I wanted to help more coaches and business owners get the support they need.

Transitioning from an individual VA to an agency allows us to build a team around the same principles that have guided my work for years: reliable support, clear communication, organized processes, and genuine care for the businesses we support.
